In these fields the region to be displayed is defined. The boundaries of the region are defined by northernmost and southernmost latitudes and westernmost and easternmost longitudes.
The zero latitude is corresponding to the equator, positive values are in the Northern Hemisphere, negative values are in the Southern Hemisphere.
Longitudes are defined in degrees. The zero longitude is corresponding to the Greenwitch meridian, positive values are in the Western Hemisphere, negative values are in the Eastern Hemisphere.
